Cancellation Policy of Easy Fix App

1. Overview This Cancellation Policy applies to services scheduled through the Easy Fix app. Our aim is to provide a fair and transparent policy for both users and service providers.

2. Cancellation by Users

• Advance Notice: Users must cancel a service before the assigned service provider's arrival time to avoid charges.
• Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50 PKR will be charged for cancellations not communicated before the service provider's arrival time.

3. Cancellation Before Vendor Assignment

• Full Refund: If the cancellation is made before the vendor (service provider) is assigned, and in cases of advanced payment, a full refund will be provided.

4. Cancellation by Easy Fix

• Service Provider Unavailability: In rare cases, if a service provider is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer rescheduling options or a full refund.
• Safety Concerns: Easy Fix reserves the right to cancel any service due to safety concerns.

5. Rescheduling To accommodate your needs and those of our service providers, we encourage rescheduling appointments rather than canceling them, when possible.

6. Modifications to Policy Easy Fix reserves the right to modify this policy. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
